Postage Information

Postage is calculated according to the weight and size of your purchase and we feel this is the fairest way for our customers. At the checkout the weight of your purchase is automatically calculated and priced accordingly. (The weight calculation also includes the packaging or envelope.) At the checkout you can choose your desired delivery service. Please be aware extra time is required for personalised products, however if you require a personalised product quickly please select the next day Special Delivery service at the checkout. Collection From Our Studio

Whilst our shop is still closed, you can now collect your orders from our studio in South Godstone, Surrey for free by selecting ‘Free Click & Collect’ at the checkout. Once we’ve completed your order, we will contact you to arrange a collection date and time slot. Your parcel will be ready to collect approximately 1-2 working days after you’ve placed your order.
Please note, this service will be available weekdays and selected Saturdays. 
Collection Address: Artcuts, Unit A3 Haysbridge Business Centre, Brickhouse Lane, South Godstone, Surrey, RH9 8JW. We have a free on-site car park.

Free Delivery

Sometimes we offer customers free delivery in the UK. This will be announced via our newsletter, in the shop banner and/or on social media. If a coupon code has been provided, this must be entered at the checkout stage in order to redeem the deal. Only 1 code can be used at the checkout and codes do not work in conjunction with other discounts/offers. If a minimum order amount applies, the goods total cost must come to the total advertised in order to qualify for free shipping. 

Workshop Delivery

This option is only available for customers who have booked an online craft class. Please note, if you order any other products you will need to pay for the delivery of these items. We recommend placing 2 separate orders.
